    You're welcome to call, ask for advice and get quotes before applying. But gear only goes out to approved clients — and approval takes 1–2 weeks depending on your documentation, so don't leave it to the week of your shoot.

    The rules everyone gets asked about, in plain terms. Nothing here is a surprise on collection day.


    Collection times

    From 08:00 on the first day of hire. Same-day collection is possible before 16:00 by arrangement.

    RETURN times

    By 09:00 on the working day after your hire ends. Later drop-offs roll into an extra day.

    LATE RETURNS

    Returns after the grace window are charged at the standard daily rate, per item, per day.

    STRICTLY COD

    No gear leaves the floor until the hire is paid in full. Proof of payment is fine.

    RISK ASSESMENT FEE

    A 10% insurance fee is added to every rental.

    PRICES & VAT

    All rates are in ZAR and exclude VAT unless stated. Day, weekend and weekly rates available.
