TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

  1. Loyalty Cards are given on DT Premises only.
  2. 1 stamp is earned per rental that is over the value of R1,000.
  3. Wednesday is double up stamps Double stamps.
  4. To earn a stamp you will need to have your Loyalty Card present. 
  5. No stamps will be given for any previous hire.
  6. You may only redeem one loyalty card at a time.
  7. No change will be returned on voucher redeemed below the maximum value of the voucher.
  8. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
  9. To redeem your voucher you will need to have your Loyalty Card present and hand it over to the person who is assisting you. They will then give you a new Loyalty Card.
  10. If there are stamps that need to be earned, and redemption of vouchers in one transaction, the redemption must be done first. The earning of more stamps will be done after the voucher has been redeemed and the voucher amount will not count towards the earnings of a new stamp.
  11. The DT FILM SERVICES Loyalty Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotion, discount or voucher.
  12. Only registered customers will be allowed to use and redeem the loyalty card.
  13. If your Loyalty Card has been misplaced or is not present at the event of a hire; no stamps will be rewarded.
  14. DT Film Services reserves the right to cancel this program at any point in time.
  15. DT Film Services reserves the right to adjust, add or take away any terms and conditions at any point in time.
